walking on the treadmill for 30 mins 4 times a week

is this a good start to loosing weight?

That'll keep you from gaining weight. To burn it off, add another 30 minutes of exercise.

YES...it's good you are keeping it simple!

1) Keep it things simple first

2) Eat steam food, vegetables, fruits

3) drink plenty of water and green tea

4) Avoid junk food, snacks and soda drinks

5) have 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only) to keep the tummy satisfied

6) exercise , combine strength and cardio

Absolutely. As long as the calories and fat intake are kept in check within those 3 meals. You're definately on the right track.

Bravo,you are doing an excellent job!!I would start to up your time walking now,and focus on upper body excersize like lifting some light weights.You are doing great ,I would be very proud of yourself!!A+
