most of the spitz type dogs and japanese dogs have curly tails, as do a few african breeds like the basenji, there's no way to really know, and that also depends if your asking about only AKC approved breeds

A spitz type dog would be a spitz (duh) husky, american eskimo dog, pomerenian. etc.

Many spitz type dogs. Pugs. Depends on how you define curly. Some dogs tails are very curled, others curve, some curl more at the end of the tail.
