ok i have a question, in school i try really hard and i can remember what the teacher says but then easily froget it, i try so hard in school and if i didnt froget things easily i would have an a+,some times but not all the time if i drank a energy drink such as redbull, it would make a huge differnce and make me feel like a genius, its really, wierd, i do feel tired sometimes but i get 8 hours a sleep, and even if i sleepin maby 12 hours im still a bit but not really, i do limp,does this have nything to do with this, please help,and suggest ideas that can help me, also i tried this 6 hour energy supplement it says ideal for memory, and it works, i drink alot of milk and water : (

Sounds to me that you might be anemic so go to your doctor and tell him/her what you said here about loss of concentration and being tired.Make sure that your eating habits improve and take vitamins.
You may also have a problem with comprehension. That, you can talk to you teacher about and perhaps she can suggest ways to help you. This is a very common problem especially with students. Good luck and I'm sure you will succeed.

You need to get more sleep than you are getting now. At least 8 hours a night. The energy drinks are bad for you. They give you a caffeine high and then you get a low. Not good. Proper rest, eat breakfast before school, and focus. Tell the teacher about your problem. The teacher may give you some suggestions. One would be to take good notes so you don't have to remember it..But remember, sleep and no drugs or caffeine..

omega 3 is supposed to be good. Just try to memorize what you have to for class. excersize more.

Omega -3 (fish oil)seems to help with memory.they are putting it in baby formula now...........try it for a month.....works for me...
