Assuming that you are in the lowest age group (18-25), it is 33 pushups in one minute. The max is 62. For each progressive age group, the minimum number of pushups decreases. The minimums for situps is 40 and the max is 55. The test consists of one minute of pushups, one minute of situps, a 1.5 mile run, and a waist measurement. The max run time is 1.5 mi. in 9:36. I believe that the minimum time is in the 12 minute range.
For females, the min. pushups is 18, situps is 35, and the max run time is 11:06 (the slowest run time is in the 14 minute range).

I think there is more to getting in than just simple push-ups, like a whole PT test.

Marcus R may be correct with push ups and sit ups. I was in the Marine Corp and we had to do 20 pull ups. 60 sit ups in 2 minutes. Try doing pull ups to help you with your shoulder and arm strength. It will help make it easier to do push ups. I don't think M.R's answer for running is even possible for a National Guardsman.
