I recently received a prescription from Walgreens for sweating, in the form of small round white pills. However, I found one pill that is larger than the rest and has a K on the upper half and 400 written on the bottom half. Although it is bigger than the other pills, it is still small (about the size of the holes on the side of notebook paper). Does anyone know what this pill could be?

The prescribed drug might be Robinol. But if I were you, I would go back to Walgreens and ask the Pharmacist to check for sure. I would be leery to take any pills that do not look alike like the others in a container. Prescribed pills should be properly labelled as to type, action, dosage. and frequency or directions on how to take and literature should be provided for indications, any side effects, adverse effects.
or precautions. It should be properly stored in a cool place And expiration date should be noted.

Pls note that it's not Potassium or K which comes in 20 or 40 Meq.
