Lots of mom and pops prefer to pay in cash ,
Walk the local business area and look for help wanted or make up a flyer with your skills , hours available and your phone number .

Being a tax payer and law abiding citizen I would never help someone who didn't want to work legally and not pay his fair share of the taxes it takes to make this country work. I actually pay more because of people working under the table and bartering services etc.
