TAM cards are required for anyone that works around or the sale of alcohol. This includes those working in restaurants where there server serves alcohol, cocktail waitresses, bars, cashiers, and security where it is sold.

I use to work as security in a small store that sold to tourists. I had to have a TAM card to work in any store that sold alcohol.

Yes! They are required for employees who serve alcohol or tobacco products. The health department even asks for them when they inspect a restaurant that sells alcohol .

They are only about $75 and last for 10 years.
