Nice work, for a beginner. Some of them were a good idea, but not quite realized. The sunset with the grass in the foreground, for instance. Move in closer and get low to let the grass almost fill the frame. Let the color spectrum shine to silhouette the grass. On the last two, the crooked horizon is easily fixed in Photoshop or whatever image working program you use. The flip flops need to be cropped to remove some of the dead space. The tree reflection unfortunately has clipped off the tree top. A good rule in landscape as well as people photography is don't "amputate" body parts (or limbs.)

Prettywest is indeed pretty, nice color and use of the foreground branches to frame the subject. The sunflowers are underexposed and too dark. The horse is nice. Your closeup flowers are nothing special.

Nice job of seeing the heart in the tree leaves. In the context of hearts in nature, it works, but by itself not so much. I will say that many of your images look flat. Try playing with levels and /or curves adjustment and see what you think. (Always save the original and save any re-working as a copy.)

Get a couple of books on beginning photography, if you haven't already. Also "Understanding Exposure" by Bryan Peterson is a great book. Learn what the settings on your camera do and how they affect your picture. Then keep doing what you're doing and learning. Best wishes!

Your pictures are amazing, I hope that you are proud. I love the hearts theme and the close up views. Be careful with pictures with a lot of sky a beautiful compostion can be ruined with too much negative space. Also avoid the cliche' hearts in the sand and flip flops. The heart being washed away was brilliant though.

Keep the horizon horizontal, not tilted (see the last 2).

You have some very nice photos. Keep doing what you're doing.
