I mean break the law,get arrested,deprted,and yet u go to mexico and her and the president demand for reform here how about fixing their mess overthere

She would still need a visa from the US. Won't go so far as to say that won't happen, there is always a chance.

Then again there is always a chance that I win the lottery tomorrow, fly to Vegas to party, meet all of the hot actresses on my "safe to hit on list" and my wife suggests we all go "have some fun" in our room. There is always a chance. Just not very likely

The president of Mexico can name anyone they want as a diplomat. The country they are sent to has the option to accept or reject their diplomatic credentials. The term 'persona non grata' refers the a 'diplomat' that is not recognized by the host country. They are usually give a short time to leave the country.

Mexico can make her a diplomat or any other thing they want, but whether or not the USA will issue Ms. Arellano a visa, is the real question, but if we do there will be hell to pay

If Mexico make her anykind of diplomat to the USA, it will be a smack in the face for the USA, Mexico is pushing their luck.

It might be; you just have to be appointed. The country to whom she is appointed ambassador does, of course, have to accept her as its ambassador, and she would need to speak at least the rudiments of its language.
