I'd have to say a well-marbled rib-eye, medium rare. An everyday favorite.

I don't eat steak anymore. I only eat elk and the best cut is from the backstrap, on the grill, just between rare and medium rare...melts like butter in your mouth!! If you ever get a chance try it, you'll like it!!

Filet Mignon, definitely! I've worked at a steakhouse for over five years, and it is the most tender cut, and it has an exquisite flavor. If you're buying one at a grocery store, look for a piece that doesn't have any thick white fat lines cutting through the center of it. There will always be fat (which is good because it adds flavor) but a thick white line could indicate a tendon which pretty much ruins the steak. Also, make sure that you get it center cut, which is the best part of the best piece of the animal! I'd go with medium rare, and I think it would be criminal to cook it over medium. Bon appetit!

A thin strip of sirloin, very well done, served with bbq sauce.

I like flank steak too though for me it has to be marinated otherwise it's too tough.

Flank Steak it's more to it! cut it on bias and cover butter and chive like patotoe with it... then a roll like Kaiser.

None. Bleh.

Though when I ate meat, I preferred deer meat. Leaner with richer flavor.
