im think to apply for american express cedit card...5.99% fixed APR ....wats that? is good or bad?

The rate is good but it's probably for 6 or 12 months, then it will jump to 15-18%. You will also pay an annual fee $50-$100 a year. If you pay the bill in full each month, it does not matter what the rate is. Get a card with no annual fee. You can check bankrate.com for a list of good cards.

This is low. It's probably an introductory rate (for 6-9 months).

Its low, which sounds good, but is it an intro or special deal apr?
Also check to see how they compute balances, you know avg daily cycle or the other way.

But it pretty low and sound good.
