There's no way to diagnose over the computer but I'd be worried about calicivirus. She should be seen by a vet as soon as possible.

Sounds like she has an upper respiratory infection, again. I know that white or clear vomit can also be a sign of distemper, though, so are you sure she's vaccinated for that? You'll need to take her to the vet for a proper diagnosis, and for medication if needed. It is possible that the stray could have brought it in. Just like in humans, some people are carriers and don't get sick. They just pass the illness onto others. *edit* Feline Leukemia is a possibility as well, but there are no specific symptoms for it. Generally one of the effects of this disease is immunosuppression and the symptoms that occur are from other diseases and infections that FeLV has made the cat prone to. So, I suppose it's *possible* for her to have FeLV, but it isn't likely If the stray hasn't been in your house long. She would have had to bring in BOTH FeLV and something else. Distemper is not a zoonotic disease, meaning it cannot be transfered to humans.

Call ahead and let your local emergency vet clinic know you are coming so they can put her in isolation when you arrive and not expose other pets to something possibly contagious. But most definitely get her to the vet ASAP. It could be any number of things, distemper, poisoning, etc.

If it's what my cat had, (the symptoms sound the same) get to the vet ASAP. You don't have time to mess around.
The diarrhea and the vomiting will dehydrate her quickly.

Please put down the mouse, turn off the computer, and take your cat to an emergency clinic.

There is nothing anyone can do over the internet to help you. Your pet needs professional medical help, right now.

Please do not waste anymore time getting it for her.

this sounds like "Cat snuffles" this can be highly contagious if you have other cats in your house it starts off as an upper respiratory infection and then spreads through out the cat it needs urgent vet treatment so please donot delay as this could have disatrous effects if you leave it too long

How long has she had this? If you knew this during the day, why did you not take her to the vet?

Something serious! Are you serious? She needs a Vet NOW. Not an internet consultation with STRANGERS.
