Wraps are a good option with lots of possibilities for variety.

I like taking pb&j. it may be a kids sandwich, but it has the protien that doesn't put you to sleep after eating it.


A wrap is another idea I use, they can be made ahead a few days too. I use tortilla, spinich (fresh), deli's sliced meat or meats and cheese. I used a cream chesses spread to give it some moisture with out making it soggy.

A Wrap is probably the best choice apart from salad and sandwiches or you could bring some barbecued chicken wings and wrap it in aluminium foil and bring it!:)

A salad with all the veggies you like.You can put the lettuce in one ziploc and the veggies in another. Or a bagel with cream cheese and a V-8 juice.

A salad or a wrap is usually what I make. Or get pizza and take it cold. If there is a microwave, any frozen dinner or ramen noodles are good

Spagetthi.. It's easy to cook.. Filling for the stomach.. And tasty to your taste buds..

Try making Chilli Tuna Pasta by just adding a can of Chilli Tuna to your pasta.. Yummy! :D

chicken salad and juice. Make a sandwich out of it or just eat it plain.
