I like taking pb&j. it may be a kids sandwich, but it has the protien that doesn't put you to sleep after eating it.
A wrap is another idea I use, they can be made ahead a few days too. I use tortilla, spinich (fresh), deli's sliced meat or meats and cheese. I used a cream chesses spread to give it some moisture with out making it soggy.

A Wrap is probably the best choice apart from salad and sandwiches or you could bring some barbecued chicken wings and wrap it in aluminium foil and bring it!:)

A salad with all the veggies you like. You can put the lettuce in one ziploc and the veggies in another. Or a bagel with cream cheese and a V-8 juice.

A salad or a wrap is usually what I make. Or get pizza and take it cold. If there is a microwave, any frozen dinner or ramen noodles are good
