You can try this one - it's the Austrian Telephone directory (English version)
http://www.herold.at/servlet/at.herold.sp.servlet.SPYPHomeServlet?context=YP&ln=1&sd=AH6_11890735465520106&rd=

click on people pages (top left). You can search by name and enter a town or a region e.g Vienna or Tyrol.
Maybe you are lucky.

This is not exactly a travel question, but I'll try to help. I haven't found any way to do this directly on the internet. So try indirectly.

Do you know where this person lives (town, area, state)? If all you know is "Austria", I don't think you'll succeed.

Do you speak German? If you do, this is a lot easier.

Look up public agencies and organizations like parishes and chambers of commerce in the area where you think this person lives. If they have an e-mail link, write a nice e-mail asking for help. (Writing it in English is probably fine in most areas, but you may not find the place to write to if you can't decipher German sites at all.)

Austria has an awesome level of internet use, and most people are friendly and helpful.
