yes, but the weather will be cool like 8-12 degrees Celsius.
it doesn't snow until the very last of October or later.
Most years we get a bit of sloppy snow around Halloween but it doesn't last.
The very best time is summer when the weather is nice and there is wale watching and tours to go on.
the next best time is January-march for the skiing in Marble Mountain around Corner Brook.
St.John's has a lot of historical things to see plus Cabot tower, the rooms, the Geo centre and museums
