There is a law that when civilian police come onto the armay base to interrogate a soldier for a crime commited offbase that a superior officer must be present. Please help me find that. It is extremely important. Thanks!

Here's a Link to the UCMJ, however I dont believe the information is inside. Local Law Enforcement doesnt have Jurisdiction over Federal Installations, so any Request to Interrogate a Person on a base must go through the Provost. Try the Army Jag Link as well

There is no law like that for the US Army. You can still have a lawyer present at the time though. Normally if that happens the police will have CID present or the MPs.

I don't think that's in the UCMJ but it may be a regulation or policy.
