Ok so a guy I've liked for about 6 months told my friendhe liked me, and he also said to me that i was hot.
We've made plans to meet at school, and he, luckily stepped out of his shell and approached me at school for a hug.
So i was 100% sure that He was into me.
Today, at luck i saw him so i waved. He only smiled and kept walking. Then when my friends called him back (ugh!) he seemed like he didnt want to be there and didnt talk to me directly at all.
What is his deal?
Can someone clear this up??

he must think you are all talking about him. hes probably embarassed or thinks you are playing games with him
just be like you were. if he is interested he will return. he doesnt want to be a toy and he feels like your friends are treating him like one for you.

Either hes shy, doesn't want people to know hes dating you cuz they think ur emo and wutevr. But he probably likes you. A guy did stuff like this to me last year and I was so confused. Well my status was high then but his was higher. This year I sorta jumped up (same group, higher rank) to higher than his. Now hes more open. He was also more shy last year. Give it time.

Because i am going through the same situation, i can just tell you my experience is that he feels im sending mixed signals as well. also he might just be having a bad day? well anyway i say just wait till tomorrow and see because in my situation he gets moody sometimes but i've been told it's becuase he feels confused by me.

Impossible to tell what his deal is. But the best thing you can do from this point on is play hard to get. That will either drive him crazy or it will let you know where you stand.

I think he was just nervous. I think the friends calling him over might've put him in a uncomfortable position.
