None that I'm aware of. If it helps, fanciers call the colour "blue". ;-)

my 'pringers is grey and i've not notice any stigma or anything else attached to her...but aside from being mistaken for black sometimes, there is not any stigma associated with grey cats.
this is the third grey cat i've had in my family..make that 4th. and they've all been sweet kittys, except maybe spock, but he was a rescue and had been badly treated and malnourished for years before i got him...and even he turned out to be o.k. (just not the social butterfly the others were/are)

What sort of stigma? We have a gray house cat, and he is the cutest, most loving kitty around. We also had a gray cat who passed away last October and he was the biggest cuddle kitty I've ever seen who never stopped purring. I don't know what could possibly be negative about them!!

None that I know of, although some believe that a grey cat in a dream represents a spiritual guide.

Not to my knowledge. I have a grey cat with orange flecks and have never heard of any stigmas involving them.

None that I know of. I've had several grey cats and they were absolutely the most wonderful precious little angels.

My black and white loves people, hates other animals. My grey and white loves me, and that's it. My grey tabby loves anything that has a heartbeat. They are all so different and individual, like us! I haven't heard anything negative about greys, more about specific purebred cats.

Grey? Whatever for? Never heard of it.

Coat color means nothing other than that's the color of that particular cat's coat. Superstition and myth aren't reality.

what kind of question is this? it upsets me when people come into the shelter I work at and not want anything to do with black cats because they think that they are bad luck. there are some very sweet black cats that don't get adopted because of the color of their fur.

I've only heard positive things about gray cats. It's usually black and calico that get bad reps.
