I'd be man enough to admit that I made a mistake - and change my ways for the better ;););)

If there was undeniable proof, then I guess the sensible thing to do would to become a theist. As for how I'd live my life, I guess that really depends on what sort of deity we're talking about ( assuming we have any knowledge of his ways or temperment). Perhaps his omnipotence lifts him so far above the petty lives of humans that he's never, and despite proof of his existance, will never chose to interact with us. Frankly, I can't see why a deity would be bothered. So unless this god was the invasive voyeuristic type, I'd just continue doing what I normally do.

As an agnostic, I believe in God, I just don't believe anyone has all the answers or truly understands the nature of God.
As an Agnostic, I will take the side of the believer.
I have to reject your question because I don't think you will ever see anyone prove there is no God.
Just for fun, if such a situation were to occur, (I can't imagine how!) I think I would be sad for all of making because it would lead to the demise of all of us.
Without God, there is nothing spiritual, nothing of value. life is a meaningless pile of chemical and electrical reactions. Good and evil, right and wrong, all loose any significance.
Life has no purpose so there is no reason to continue permitting it to exist. No reason for justice, except to make what little there is feel a bit better for a few short years.
Since matter can't create life (That would be the proof) then life MUST create matter.
Life must then exist outside of the physical universe because it had to create the universe.
We can't measure life because it isn't part of the physical universe. (Another potential proof).
We can see the effects of life acting on the physical universe. (Yet another proof.)
Interestingly enough, people want to believe in dark matter and dark energy. The "proof" is mathematical. Yet it can't be measured!
What gives?

It depends. If that god were the Christian god, I would be horrified. Hell sounds like the better option - an eternity apart from that creepy god.
Isaac Brock put it best, when he sang "if God controls the land and disease and keeps a watchful eye on me, if he's really so damn almighty, then my problem is I can't see . . . who would want to be such a control freak . . ."
I'm also pretty horrified by some ideas of Heaven, especially the part where all souls become a part of God and live an eternal life as part of some greater entity. This is not a good thing and is often the premise behind many sci-fi horror stories.
Almost all Christian religions believe that the soul is some third part of us, aside from the mind and body. That makes me feel like me, my mind and body, is just some article of clothing to be shed and tossed away by the soul when it is worn out, which would really make me hate my soul, if it did exist. I'll spend my life gratifying my mind and body and doom that useless soul to its own fate, miserable, lost, and damned without the rest of me.
And for some reason, it makes me uneasy to think that we aren't the current culmination of the evolution of life on this planet, and have further yet to go, but that we were just put here, and this is all we are. I try to be a good person, but many folks aren't, and don't you think it would be awful if they were -made- that way, and not just randomly unfortunate and fleeting elements of society?
Then again, if a god just showed up one day and said "I exist, see me here floating in the sky? I will prove it to you by snapping my big cloud fingers and accomplishing some supernatural feat before your eyes . . ." and it wasn't that horrible micromanaging Christian god, but some other god who had thought one day before days "this universe is empty. Here are the laws of physics, let's just see how things go from there . . ." then that god would not care about me as an individual, and would not hear my prayers. Even if it cared about this individual planet out of everything in the whole universe, it would probably look down on us and say "look, lots of life in here!" like so many bacteria in a petri dish.
Then you get into all of those other abstract theories, like "god was the mass of energy before the big bang, thus we are all a part of god. God was never an intelligent being or a creator but is omnipotent in that it IS everything." That's fine, I guess, but it's sort of a cop-out. Most people who argue for the existence of God believe in a god who cares. They don't really realize that in the grand scheme of everything, our complex little collections of molecules aren't much to care about.
All the same, my life wouldn't change a bit.

I would do my best to investigate the evidence for myself to see if it were a hoax. If somehow it turned out to be true then my reaction would be based on what the evidence was and which god this was. Seeing as so many have been worshiped throughout the history of the planet I'd like to know who this character was.
Then I'd have more than a few questions for this deity. Most of these questions would be rather pointed and not particularly friendly.
I certainly wouldn't start worshiping this thing like a mindless twit. As a matter of fact, in order for me to pay any sort of homage to it, I'd need to see some very positive new things from it immediately. Like world peace or something like that.
But I find the entire concept so hard to believe that it isn't really worth worrying about.

haha wow. You by no capacity see atheists being persecuted? Are you blind? And what do you mean "Do atheists care approximately christians?" I care approximately my acquaintances and kinfolk who're all christians. i do no longer provide a damn approximately some random person on the line, regardless what their ideals are. EDIT: Wow. in basic terms watched the video. that form of persecution is terrible. Any form is. i presumed you meant social and political persecution. Like in usa of america.

I'm trying to figure out what would constitute such a solid proof of anything. A proof to one person could meaningless to another if they can't even agree on what a proof is. If a person does not want to believe something, nothing's going to change his mind, come hell or high water, nothing. There are people now who deny things that I would consider absolutely undeniable. Some of them probably can't figure what's wrong with me.

Atheist.
Assuming it were real, I would accept the proof for an omnipotent god. Facts shouldn't be biased by feelings.
But that doesn't mean I would worship the thing, or change my behavior.

You don't understand the nature of religious faith.
My entire life I have been told I am a fool for believing in God. I have had teacher after teacher show me "proof" that the entire Universe is run by random chance. That everything is the Bible is wrong.
Makes no difference to me. I know that one day the truth will be come out. The world can say what ever it wishes.
I don't believe in the world, I believe in God.

I wouldn't know which one so It wouldn't matter to me, I would just live my life the way I am doing so now.
My reaction? Well, considering I regard omnipotence as impossible, it would be like asking me
"what would be your reaction if you saw a round square?"

I am Christian and if I woke up and found out God isn't real, I would really have to have proof and real convincing.
Then I would feel so sad and let down and angry.
With many questions, I guess. But that won't happen!!!!!!!!!
