Whole grain cereal like cherrios with fat-free milk. Measure the servings so you don't get too full. Eat an apple or banana with the cereal. If you're on the go you can eat a cereal bar like LUNA's sunrise bars. Aim for less than 15 grams of sugar, at least 5 grams of protein and fiber, and at least 25 percent of your daily calcium. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!!!

its doesnt matter how much fat it has - all you eat is converted into energy and only if not spent during the day, only then its gona be stored in fat reserves.
good and filling breakfasts are old fashioned oatmeal with egg whites/fruit/berries/nuts/dried fruit/honey - all it takes is about 5min to make in microwave
also omelet (egg white) with whole wheat toast is a good one -it will definitely keep you full for a while

You must remember breakfast is the most important meal in a day and you must get you breakfast right.

Oatmeal is a great way to start the day. Plain old Quaker (or generic) Oats. You can nuke it up in 60 seconds. Fills you up. Very healthy. Avoid the kiddie versions with lots of sweet stuff.

well i suggest like muffins like mini muffins by hostess or otis spunkmeyer or bakery muffins. to go with that some juice. those are really quick fast and easy
