If intelligent life is found elsewhere in the universe it will just be another nail in christianities coffin.

I've already discovered extraterrestrial life here on earth. They are unsaved people. I'd try to convert illegal aliens or aliens from other planets if they existed.
And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. Mark 16:15
And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment. Heb. 9:27
We are judged by the Ten Commandments.
Ever told a lie?
Ever hated anyone? See 1 John 3:15
Ever lusted after someone? See. Matt. 5:27-28
Ever blasphemed?
For whoever shall keep the whole law, and yet stumble in one point, he is guilty of all. James 2:10
Lawbreakers go to hell.
But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.” Rev. 21:8
This is clear and humbling. However God made a way so we wouldn't have to go to hell. Jesus (God in flesh) came to earth, lived a sinless life, and was crucified on our behalf. He rose three days later defeating death and in turn giving us an escape route from hell. But Jesus did command us to repent. That means to turn from sin to God. The perfect example of repentance is found in Psalm 51.
“The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel.” Mark 1:15
I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish. Luke 13:3
Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” John 3:3
You see when you repent God gives you a new heart and new desires and they are desires to serve Him. As a result you are biblically born again! That my friend is good news!

probability is, it may be saved good secret at section fifty one on a similar time as the Roman catholic churhc could devise a plan to transform the extraterrestrial beings. That way while the invention could be made public, extra human beings could persist with the christian God as a results of fact the extraterrestrial beings could say he exists. with a bit of luck the extraterrestrial beings would be extra suitable existence types with extra wit then the form that we could puny unknowing people dictate what they must beleive and in basic terms zap the pope into airborne dirt and mud.

Extraterrestrial life, have you ever wondered why it is so hard to find it? What if it is life from this planet that has gone into space and returned. Do we need to convert them into belief in our religion?

Where extraterrestrials are concerned, you would have to give them special Secret Service protection against Christian wackoes. Didn't you see the movie CONTACT? That was a stern warning against Christians interfering in scientific inquiry.

My goodness, it's been 10 years already.
But once we could translate their speech, would such sophisticated aliens really talk about religion and spirituality? They would be more likely to say, "Where can we meet this human named Richard Dawkins? We have read his books..."

You are assuming that they wouldn't already believe...
However, no, I wouldn't. The teachings of our faith are for man, not ET's. I don't try to convert my dog or cat for the same reason.
