I have a cat who is a little over 5 years old. My parents chose to have her declawed when she was a younger, and I don't agree with it. I was wondering if theres anything to make her feel more natural, or do something to get her to have her nails back. Silly question, but you never know what's out there

Sad to say No you can not do anything about it. Just make sure you don't let the cat outside. He will not be able to defend himself without his claws =( Declawing is meant for indoor cats. Please don't let him out! Meow!

Declawing simply put is the amputating of the last knuckles in a series of digits , it'd be like cutting all your fingers off at the first knuckle because you don't like fingernails , I believe that it cannot be undone

Thus far, nobody has developed prosthetic claws for cats, so the surgery is effectively irreversible. The best thing you can do is persuade others not to have their cats declawed.

declawing involves removing the last bone on each toe.. there's no way to undo it. it's kind of like cutting off the last knuckle of each one of your fingers. it's permanent sorry

Sorry, no. It's like amputating a foot then three years later wanting to graft one back on. Not possible.

No, they cut off part of her toe. Not just the nails. No way for the toe to grow back, sorry.

unfortunatly, no. once it's done, it's done. just learn from your parents mistake and never do that to another animal.
