i washed my hands and stuff, but it's still there. it hurts whenever i press my hand against something. i can see little tiny red dots, but i can't see the glass. is this ok? will it go away? is there something i can do about it?

if you use tape , stick it to the spot where the glass is and put it off it should take the glass with it , I've done it alot working around fiber glass

For this type of injury, where glass dust is involved it's best t seek professional help t be sure there are no small fragments left that you cannot see.
Why should I see someone?
There is still pain when you press your hand which means that your nerves are detecting that something there even if you can't see it.

LOL @ Aussie Sheila. specific certainly I even have. In any such situation I even have chanced on that beer bongs are a stable answer using fact in case you're on the top of it, you won't be able to spill the invaluable liquid.

drag cotton balls over them....if the cotton balls don't pull them out they will leave snags of cotton on them and make them easier to tweeze out....and use alcohol alot after this to keep the cuts from getting infected - it will burn but will still be better than getting infected.
