well, i sure hope so! ive been eating the heat-up dinners for a while now. i think they're healthy as they're low fat and calorie and have minerals and vitamins. im not so sure about some of the other products, be careful, some of them say low fat, while theyre not low calorie. always check. best of luck!

Yes Lean cuisine is fine. There are new lean cuisine options now that have a higher protein content too for more active people. The sodium content is around 50% of you RDI for a 2000 calorie diet, so as long as you dont have much more in the rest of the day your ok.

Lean Cuisine want cause any harm to you, but I wouldn't recommend eating them all the time. Yes, they are low fat and most of the time low in calories, but they can be high in sodium or preserves. Just check the nutrition label on the back of the box to see if it follows your current diet.
But on a personal note, I eat at least 2 - 3 a week for lunch and I am still losing weight. :)

Lean Cuisine is not healthy. I agree with Penelope. Just because a company says its healthy and this and that does not make it so. Processed food is full of junk. Read the ingredients label, and look some of that stuff up. Calories, fat, sodium, and other things on the nutrition panel should not be the only thing of concern when choosing what food to eat.

Yeah, but they're small portions for larger people. Since you only want to lose 15 pounds you're good. I'd say eat a Lean Cuisine with yogurt, fruit, extra vegetables, etc. that way you'll be stuffed.

Yes, they are very healthy for you. Why else do they call them LEAN Cuisine? And considering each meal can range anywhere from 150-350 calories that isn't bad at all. They are very feeling too. Make sure you drink a lot of water because most of them are high in sodium. To much sodium will make you retain water and you can gain weight from it. Good luck on your weight loss.

it is okay, but I wouldn't make a diet of it. Eating a variety of foods is a better idea. Don't limit your diet to lean cuisine.

I have one tonight for dinner. You do have to be careful because of the sodium other than that eating lean cruisine should be fine. Just drinking lots of water while eating it. Have a good night.
