Well, I can be honest about this--- I work at a very popular bar and girls are EXTREMELY straight forward.. touchy feely whatever. I personally am the person who likes a girl who throws me a smile every now and then when I walk by to show that she is interested. Plays like she wants me to know she is interested, but doesn't go out and grab my a$$ or other parts of my body to let me know. The pursuit is what gets most guys, if you throw it out on the table, it's just too easy for us. We like a challenge.

I like a girl who can be go for any situation, whether it be a 5 person kickback, a 5000 person concert, or a 3 person dinner. The main thing is just being able to know when to talk/what to say, and who you can say certain things to. That will make a man happier than anything. :D GL :)

Okay. This varies a lot from guy to guy. Now I'm a bit of an exception cause I'm bi but I'm goung to tell you what turns me on about girls.

First of all I notice the hair. Big, long hair with volume. Shiny. Curly. Wear it how you want as long as it's elegantly dangling around.

Then we must see boobs ^^ Okay, not NAKED, but the form must be visible. Small **** are not cool.

Then the shape of your legs and what's between them. Tight clotes are hot. I like jeans. Just make sure they're loose at the bottom... of the foot I mean...

And well, you must have a not-ugly face.
Glasses are fine.
No missing limbs or organs.
Scars and tatoos are fine.
Piercings are a turn-on and hot much else I can think of.

For me smartness and creepyness (psycho persons) is also a turn-on : )

And yeah. Being slutty is fine as long as you are just pretending. But I REALLY HATE PINK GIRLY GIRLS! NOT COOL!

Oh and how approach me? Straightforward. No sugary sweet romance cr*p. Being friends or knowing eachother before dating is a bonus.

I like mousy brunettes who don't wear much makeup with a lot of intelligence who can hold an informed conversation. There aren't a lot of them out there.

If a girl approached me, I would like it if she just came up and started talking to me as though she were completely at ease and had known me for a long time.

I myself like women who are straight forward. Because sometimes we men don't know if you girls are on the mood for being pampered. My separation from my wife was cost because she was never on the mood. So to me it makes it easier if the woman takes some charge on the love making. It is okay to be laid back if you go with everything as long as it is between boundaries.
