It hurts inside my nose. What should I put on it...why does it?

just leave it alone and let it heal by itself. more poking and anythign like cream or vaseline or whatever can infect it. yoo'r nose is prob. scratched or someething. dont worry about it and just forget bout it and let it heal.

Get a simple saline nasal spray, it will help moisturize inside your nose. Just don't use it excessively.

Nothing let it heal naturally, you've probably just scratched it, nasal membranes are very delicate, also keep your fingers and all other items out of your nose.

it dry out and it can cause your nose to crack and sometimes bleed.

dry weather may be cracking it, try vaseline.
