A blacksmith also "tests" the iron he is working with to make it stronger.

The Lord does not test me....
neither do I test Him. He loves me and I love Him.
The "testing" philosophy came
about by some overzealous
Pastor trying to give a reason
why Christians sometimes have problems. The lie came
about in the man-made slogan "Oh, God is just
testing y ou." This really steams me because it implies
that the Lord uses us as
Guinea pigs and will misuse
us just for his sadistical
pleasure. Remember friends,
the Lord only wants GOOD FOR YOU....THAT is HIS NAME god=good. He only
gives GOOD gifts. He only
leads you in GOOD PATHS.
He is altogether good and
there is NO EVIL IN HIM.
Please remember this.

You're confusing God with an energy form,
and life isn't a test.
Life is a job.
Part of that job is to instill compassion in
an otherwise callus universe. And where
would all these neat innovations be, but
for our two little words : "what if."

Why would Satan want to tempt Jesus if he knew he did not have a chance to make him turn against God? We all have free will! God can create imaginary paradoxes of the path our life will take based on the choices we make; but the choice is still ours.

He doesn't. I believe God/Goddess does know my heart and intentions. But LIFE throws us a lot of curves and how we deal with those "tests" says a lot about who and what we are. Blessings!

So you have a record of your own actions that will speak against you (or for you) in the day of judgement.

NOT a record of what God thinks you would have done.

That would be unfair. And God is All Fair, All Wise.

Any "process" is unnecessary to an omnipotent and omniscient being...It doesn't rule out processes, but they can serve no purpose. He could just as easily create each human with whatever knowledge or feelings gained by development.
