Because they have bowed to pressure from the world to conform rather than obeying God's Word.

What the hell are you talking about? Christians have rejected the practices of homosexuality for years now. People on this site have even criticized and challenged these Christian beliefs so many times. It's been in newspapers, books, the internet, TV, etc. People have ridiculed Christians for this belief against homosexuality, and they call us hypocrites because we have so many screwed up gay priests who have been arrested for molestation. I totally agree with this belief too. However, I have no idea where you heard that Christians accept homosexual practices. Whoever told you that doesn't know what they're talking about, or they're from one of those weird Christian sects that no one ever hears about.
btw, that belief is also under a lot of debate within the Church. I've read so many other parts of Leviticus and Deuteronomy that say you shouldn't have sex during a woman's period, that a widow should have sex with each of her brother-in-laws until she has a baby, people who have sex with animals should be stoned *along with the animal*, etc. It's all really bizarre stuff. That was written by the Deuteronomists who were commissioned by King Josiah of Judea because the king felt as though the law was incomplete, so he made all these God inspired laws to keep his people under control and faithful. However, there's more truth to it than that though cause I don't want you to think that the whole Bible is a joke.

I would like to know what you think Christians should do about that. We speak out against it and are called homophobes and bigots. Some vote according to their beliefs and are called hateful and accused of forcing their religion on others. The only thing that would be left is to break some laws to put a stop to something and that goes against Christianity also. So I will do the only thing that is right to do. I will love all people like Jesus said and I will not engage in homosexual behavior. I cannot force someone to do anything.
Maybe you should worry about another problem in society like, oh, I don't know, child rapists or spousal abuse or any number of things that are causing real damage, are illegal and are also ABOMINATIONS!
God Bless.

You hit the nail on the head but I think it's because they are confused and browbeaten as you noted.
What we need to keep in mind is that Christians recognize we are sinners and recognize that only God is the one to save us from our sins. No one is perfect which is why we can't judge one another. Only God can do that.
God will not allow sinners to enter into heaven but those who have accepted God's only way of salvation through the shed blood of Jesus Christ. Some would argue that they need to be baptized also and filled with the Holy Ghost.
But whatever your belief is salvation is the most important message that Christians can pass along to others. We preach a gospel of salvation.

God also called all of us sinners. So I suppose that you are a SPECIAL kind of sinner. You are the "Wonderful" kind of sinner.
What do you need to repent for? You love what you are, so much better than those 'dirty' people whose sins are worse than your special sins.
Good thing you are not a Pharisee! Because they thought they were special too! They didn't need Jesus, and talked just like YOU just did.
So I guess you are just better than those 'dirty' people, make sure that you don't get any of them on you!
Too bad you don't think that you are just as bad. Maybe then you would really be a Christian!

Why do Christian's turn a blind eye to the evils of rebellious teenagers when God already judged them as being worthy of death?
This question is for Christians only.
I'm not judging, God is the judge. He's already said they should be put to death. Not just punished, but PUT TO DEATH.
Leviticus 20:9
For every one that curseth his father or his mother shall be surely put to death: he hath cursed his father or his mother; his blood shall be upon him.
I think it's pretty clear that Christians (and Jews) should put rebellious teenagers to death.
What do you think?

I don't know what makes you think Christians accept such behavior. I mean tons of anti-Christians on this site have continuously been complaining about Christians not accepting homosexuals. So what's your problem?

That is not true. TRUE Christians do not accept homosexuals into their ranks. 1 Cor. 5:11-13 says: "But now I am writing you to quit mixing in company with anyone called a brother that is a fornicator or a greedy person or an idolater or a reviler or a drunkard or an extortioner, not even eating with such a man. For what do I have to do with judging those outside? Do you not judge those inside, while God judges those outside? “Remove the wicked [man] from among yourselves.”

Oh dear, just want to limit it to the agreement section, eh? Mighty childish and, well, cowardly of ya!
So you need agreement to bolster your ego-masturbating pronouncements and judgments. Pathetic, but typical.
Who knows - you might grow up some day.

and that part is from the Old Testament, and part of the law covenant that died off when Jesus was killed on the cross! We as Christians are no longer under those law codes. So it is irrelevant!
