All the above are great ideas. I love the freecycle.org. We are on it all the time. You might get a free one. I am a wedding photographer and bought one for the studio because I wanted a model for beach pictures. I got it for $29 and it is beautiful. We even got it soaking wet and covered in sand, hosed the model down and hung it to dry and you could never tell it had even been used.
HOWEVER, what I wanted to warn you against is having one made overseas. I've photographed a bride this summer that went thought a web site to China. They sent measurements and got the dresses, wedding and bridesmaids too late to be altered. The dresses were a horrible fit. And just kind of ho hum sewing. They did get a great deal on the cost but it showed. The maid of honor couldn't even keep her dress us. Every pic we have of her is hoisting the gown up over her tata.
Good luck, be wise and stick with something you can control.

You can look up on google cheap wedding dresses or even ebay has some cheap wedding dresses if you look hard enough.

It is hard to know what you mean by cheap. Jessica Mcclintock has wedding dresses for around $200.
