will they make us sick they were cooked for 2-3 hrs on 350. it seems like it could but then not really. has anyone experenced this before?

If you didn't gut them, you didn't really butcher them. You must clean them before cooking.

I have never experienced this, but I did accidently forget to remove the giblets package from the cavity of a chicken once. The bird still tasted fine. I would think that with the guts still attached it would have a foul odor and frankly doesn't sound real appetizing.

You may get sick because you cooked the fecal material as well. I wouldn't eat any animal that had not been properly cleaned and gutted prior to cooking.

you always gut something. It might taste bad but I don't think it'll make you sick unless the internal temp didn't reach 350

You cannot eat chickens without cleaning them out.

Do NOT cook them this way.

yes you msut gut them or it can make you very ill
