Easy Chile Verde
Pork cut into 1" chunks... about 2 or 3 pounds.
1 small can of green chiles, chopped.
1 can of chicken stock
1/2 jar of La Victoria Salsa Jalapeno
2 cloves of garlic, smashed.

Salt and pepper the pork, pour in the rest of the ingredients and cook.

Serve with rice, tortillas, salsa and cheese... if you like sliced tomatoes, onions and lettuce.

Makes great burritos, nachos or tacos.
Leftover can be made into enchiladas.

You've asked the right person.! I am the queen of Crockpot cooking. For parties, I throw hamburg patties in gravy in one and hot dogs in saurkraut in the other. I cook pork chops in sauerkraut too. I often make stew( raw pieces of peeled potatoes, onions, carrots, celery, and beef cubes. We love meatballs, so at least once a week I put raw meatballs in tomato sauce. Some of us make meatball hoagies, some put meatballs on pasta. Just be creative and Bon Apetite!

try a chicken stew with garlic and onions and carrots, some basil or thyme, don't forget salt

just pile it all in there cover with water (or if you like, wine)

turn on crockpot in a.m.

come home to deliciousness in p.m.

you whole house will smell perfect, but you will never want to leave, at least until the pot is empty

(BTW if you cook anything with wine only use half the bottle, at most, because you want to drink the rest with the meal)
