i'm a big eater, i like to eat alot and fill my belly or i feel weak and tired all day, so is it a good idea to eat alot of lettuce until I'm full? i usually eat half a tomato, half a cucumber and a half of a large lettuce.

what other foods can i eat in big quantities that have very little calories?

and would i lose weight with my current lettuce diet? i also take multivatims for the nutrients i'm missing.

nutrients are protein, carbs, fats, dietary fiber etc - and believe me - you are not getting them.
sorry to dissapoint you - but you wont lose any fat doing this, all you will lose is water weight and muscle and slow down your metabolism and then gain it all or more back as soon as start eating normal again.
you can lose fat only if create just a slight deficit in daily caloric intake.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), weight training a few days a week but never work on the same muscle group two days in a row (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

GO to the gym and get a program going for you with an instructor. Try brisk walking because that increases calorie burn and also eat leass carbs. Brisk walking for around a mile or 2 will do. Stock up on protein-rich food. Drink low-fat milk and eat lotsa veggies and fruits. Eat wheat breat instead of whole bread. And also, I recommend the after six diet, where you shouldnt take in any solid after 6PM. Good luck!
