The few things that can actually stunt your growth, or keep you from growing to your fullest are:

- A lack of sleep throughout your teen years
- A lack of calories throughout your teen years.

Lifting weights does NOT stunt your growth.

Malnutrition, coma, kidney disease, cancer.......these can stunt your growth. NOT working out, drinking whey protein or anything else people tell you.

not getting enough nutrients can make you not grow to your full potential and we can grow till even 25. and not being active - not playing sports.
