I like black pitted olives from the can and I would love to know what special seasoning you may use or not use. Thank you.

I often mix them in a salad and serve with Italian or raspberry dressing, or mix them into spaghetti sauce. There are also a number of recipes like Olive pate and tampenade. Olives of all types are very versatile - try adding them to some of your favorite recipes and see if you like it. Good Luck!
