Ugh its cuz of these things called hedamines? i dont know hot to spell it... its basically the fly or whatever inject alot of whatever it injected and you body is trying to get rid of it...if its swollen take some benadryll then go see your tattoo artist and ask if you will need to get that part redone

ink is not coming out of a 2 year old tattoo. once the tattoo is healed the ink is no longer in a liquid form it has "inked" the skin. not sure what is going on with your skin... maybe it's blood?

I've never heard of ink coming out of a tattoo once it's healed, but I guess it could happen.
Put neosporin on it, but don't cover it. Treat it like your tat was just done. Don't pull the scab off.
