my cousin was beside me I moved towards the brightest light I have ever seen , there was a man in a hospital bed he looked the picture of health, my cousin said she could not go with me and ask me if I was going I said no and the conveyer belt reversed with me. This was many years ago and I can remember every detail if it were yesterday.

Sometimes people who have a near death experience have these types of experiences.
Somehow you and your cousin must have been very close at that time, probably like sisters.
Some individuals experience sleep apnea, where they quit breathing in their sleep and because they are sleeping they do not know this.
You and your cousin were sent back and the man in the hospital bed may have sent you back, [write down a description of this man, facial expressions, what his face looked like, his tone of voice, how he sounded, his mannerisms, everything.]
Ask your parents if they know of a male relative who has crossed over {died} in a hospital, maybe you might be able to match a picture of the man in the hospital with a picture of a relative.
Has your cousin had a dream similar to this dream you have had in the past?
There may be something of importance, are you studying to be a Medical Doctor, Registered Nurse, Phlebotomist, is there something in the Medical Profession calling to you?

I think it may have meant that you were crossing a mental threshold from the known safety of childhood to the uncertainty of growing up and the realisation of your own mortality and the fear it holds for you.
The conveyor belt is the inevitability of your life heading to it's conclusion, the bright light your perception of what will be waiting for you at the end.
Your sub-concious gave you a friend to make it less scary, your cousin.
The man in the bed is your sub-concious showing you a version of how you will meet this end (in hospital), your sub-concious then tells you that you are far from being at this stage and comforted it reverses the conveyor belt.
I had a dream when young also. It coincided with me realising that one day I would die and that it was inevitable, though mine was in a grave being eaten by worms. I think you got the better dream!

Conveyor belt represents you being in preparation to go down a certain path in life, like being on a assembly line. The silver tunnel represents the pure and holy path to God. Silver represents purity. Bright light represents the Presence of God. Man in the hospital bed represents someone who was ministered to or healed by God. The Lord is called also the "The Doctor". This seems to point that God wanted to heal you of something in your life at one point or another. Your being reversed on the conveyor belt represents that you were not ready to make some decisions whether in commit to God or serving.
