I've recently started working out but my weakness seems to be eating late at night. How can I curve my hunger or atleast satisfy until morning without eating so late?

it doesnt matter what time of the day you eat - as long as you dont consume more calories than spend during the day you will not gain any weight because its all about calories in vs calories out.
not eating after certain time of the day is a myth.
also eating more in the first half of the day will make you not overeat later on.

It sounds like your body needs more calories. This is normal, because as you exercise you need more food intake than usual. I hope you are eating a balanced diet, which most definitely needs to include meats or some kind of protein. This is important because this is what helps you exercise and built muscle.

Personally, with your work outs, small snacks shouldn't pose a problem. If you had a long day of exercise, a small bowl of milk and cereal would be just fine (preferably Special-K, or those kinds of simple, low sugar cereals).

Water and fruits might not be filling enough, so i would say try some WARM/HOT tea, better flavored, or even coffee (coffee has very little calories, believe it or not). I personally love Indian Chai, which has an unusual taste that fills me up. good luck :]

Are you eating enough during the day? If you eat too few calories, you'll be hungry at night. If not, exactly how late is this hunger coming? If it's coming after eight, just drink water and keep yourself busy with non-food activities. If it's coming before, have a little snack, preferably one with some protein, but not a lot of fat. Low-fat yogurt is a good option. If protein isn't your thing, have something with at least three grams of fiber in it, but try and keep this snack under 100 calories.

I have this same problem quite frequently.

Don't skip breakfast, and don't increase calories, but eat 6 small meals throughout the day.

With each meal, have a small piece of protein and a little low glycemic carb. An hour or two before you workout, have one of the small meals, and after you workout, try a post-workout, recovery drink with carb and protein. But keep everything within the same number of calories.

I have the same problem. What I do is have a baby carrot, but close my eyes and pretend I'm eating a piece of cake. Or I'll chew gum (I'm doing that right now) It makes everything look gross and makes you forget you are hungry. Once you fall asleep you will be fine till the morning. Good luck!

Eat a small amount of something low-fat high-protein - 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese, glass of milk ... and remember, "that which was learned, can be unlearned." This quote pertains to bad habits - I do not remember the author.

that's tense to end doing it in one day. the 1st situation you should do is substitute what you pick for to destroy your self. extremely attaining for the bread how approximately identifying on something you like it is decrease in energy (working example yogurts or grapes or non-sweetened warm chocolat). Or how approximately getting chewing gum - that supplies you with the sensation of ingesting without truly ingesting. the 2d situation to do is to start up going to mattress earlier. in case you at the instant are not conscious, the temptation to consume heavily isn't there. The third situation to alter your reward trend. How approximately finding something to inspire you to no longer consume. working example in case you be waiting to no longer binge on the evening, have a great tub earlier going to mattress. Thr fourth situation is do something interior the evening. when I even have no longer something to do or if i'm purely sat in front of the television I even tend to consume moe. How approximately going for a stroll after dinner. the climate is nicer now, it is going to save you busy and wil launch endorphins.

Brush your teeth! I used to eat late all the time because it helped me sleep good, but then I gained weight so to stop I started brushing my teeth at night when those cravings would hit. (i always brused my teeth before, just after I ate those late night foods! haha)

I have the same problem. Just make it a habit to eat as much as you possibly can before 7-8pm each night. It's really unhealthy to sleep after consuming lots of food. Be sure that you are exercising too.
