Looking in my topical section there is Ex. 13: 17, 32:17, Josh. 11:23, Ps. 46:9, 76:3, Eccl. 3: 8, Is. 2:4, Matt. 24:6, Rom. 7:23, James 4:1, 1 Pet. 2:11, Rev. 19:1. Not knowing what specific area of war your looking for.....giving you the widest possibilities. Hope at least some of these were helpful.

There are many passages about war. Look in Kings for that. Revelation speaks of the horseman and the plagues of war. Ezekial speaks of war....Eze 5:12 A third part of thee shall die with the pestilence, and with famine shall they be consumed in the midst of thee: and a third part shall fall by the sword round about thee; and I will scatter a third part into all the winds, and I will draw out a sword after them.

But the most important thing (IMO) the Bible teaches about war is the sixth commandment (All 10 found in Exodus): "Thou shalt not kill."

And BTW, war secured American independence; war freed the slaves; war liberated Europe (in spite of itself); war ended the Holocaust; war destroyed Hitler's Third Reich; and the threat of war kept the United States and Western Europe free throughout the Cold War and today. Yes, war is destructive, and that's why it keeps tyrants at bay.
