Read the book "Miss Manners' Guide to Excruciatingly Correct Behavior," by Judith Martin (a.k.a. "Miss Manners") from cover to cover... three times!

Have a great day!

I'm not totally sure what you are asking specifically. Good posture is carrying yourself tall, stand up and look positive, don't slouch and look down. Look people in the eyes when speaking. It's better to cross your ankles rather than your legs but we all do cross our legs, just be careful what your are wearing when you do. Proper etiquette includes a huge raft of things. If you are unsure, get a book on etiquette and try to incorporate those things into your daily life. People will give you more respect when you follow the principles.

Ok, I got one, a man should try to talk to other men and try to not talk to women because a person shouldn't be judged based on the possibilities of romance?
