Remember two things here, that the Word teaches us, not to be unequally yoked meaning that he has to be a Christian, otherwise don't waste your time, because you will not change him. And the other thing is, that the bible says, that whoever finds a wife finds a good thing, meaning that he is supposed to find you, if he is the future husband that God sent for you.

Yeah you should try talking to him. I mean great relationships come from friendships. You don't have to jump straight into a relationship at the get go. It just sort of...happens.

yeah feel the same way about a girl that turned me down It depresses me every time I see her but we talk or wave when we see each other I steal can't figure it out
