All popcorn kernels are fat free.
It's the stuff that is added.

Yes, you can buy popcorn kernels at Wal-Mart and any supermarket.

Brand names are Jolly Time and Orville Redenbacher (sp?) come to mind. I think Paul Newman may have a brand too.

Also, you don't need an air popper. I've seen someone use a small brown paper bag and a scoop of popcorn with no added oils and just microwaved the kernels. Much to my surprise, the kernels actually started popping.

Technically, all popcorn kernels have a tine amount of oil within them - there simply is no way to remove it without completely destroying the kernel itself (which is fine if you are making corn oil, rubbish if you want to pop the kernels!). It is what you add to the popped corn which can make it high in calories.

But you can get popping corn pretty much anywhere these days. Any supermarket should have them, so just check the aisles and they'll be there somewhere (although my local has a habit of shoving them next to the lentils, which is annoying).

Check health shops if you want a Fair Trade or organic corn though - you'll be hard pushed to find them at Walmart! In fact, going back to your original question, the reason you often find them in health shops is that they are an excellent and filling low-fat snack.

Yeah I think you're talking about the popcorn that you pop yourself in something like a popcorn bowl for the microwave? If so then yeah they sell those about anywhere I believe

how are you able to be 7 metres tall? 60kg isn't lots. and that i doubt you're fat. yet consume stable sized nutrients for the main nutrients with wholesome nutritious snacks in between (like fruit) and exercising a minimum of 0.5 an hours on a daily basis to each 2d day. you do no longer wanna overwork there.

It will be very near or right on the same shelf with the microwave corn.
