I am looking for a daycare in Warner Robins, GA. I have been a stay at home mom for 6 years and am now going to work. I need a daycare that I can trust. I have went and looked in some of the chains and just turn around and walk out. They have been run down and old looking. I just can't get past the look. So if anyone can recomend someone or somewhere that will do the best for my child I would be indebted.

Also, call your elementary school and churches. They may have affiliated programs. Visit the programs suggested. Look for cleanliness, interaction between staff and children, and look at the schedule the children follow. It should allow time for both structured and supervised, unstructured activities. How old is your child? Don't overlook Head Start. They often have excellent programs, and are free.

You are right to be approaching this with caution. This experience will be the foundation of your child's education, and you want it to be a good one! Good luck!
