Islam is the religion, Muslim is the follower of that religion. Basically, it's the same thing. Just usually, Muslim is used to describe a person. Islamic would be more used to describe something relating to the religion.

There is no difference. A Muslim is a person who practices the religion of Islam. Islamic is an adjective for Islam, and it can be said about a person or anything else having to do with Islam. It's like saying "Christian" when you say "Christian bookstore."

There are no dumb questions when they're sincere questions.
