i met this guy this year in high school. he told me he liked me. online. and asked if i had a bf i said no but he ddin't ask me out. at school he doesnt even talk to me and we have 3 classes together. he will look at me sometimes and he sits infront of me in 7th period and acts really goofy and hyper lol. but he acts like i'm not even there.he flirts a lot with this girl that sits next to him right infront of me. he does poke me a lot for some reason. and says random stuff to me like the teacher told him to be quiet and hes like "yehah jazmine be quiet!" he just says random stuff like that but doesnt actaully talk to me. at first i thought he was just shy but he doesnt seem shy at all he talks to everyone.he only talks to me online..hes really nice but just seems to ignore me. why does he do that?

its probably he likes u a lot and is shy around you
and when he doesnt see u hes more comfortable talking to u, for example msn. or he may not know if u like him and is now embarassed for asking and stuff and doesnt want to talk to u in person really or around friends just incase the topic comes up. Dont worry or anything.. if he really likes u , things will fall into place . ;)

I think he may just be 2 scared 2 talk in person 2 by saying something like that.I mean I would rather say it on online then tell talk to someone in person that I like. You shuold talk and maybe he will talk back 2 you and you can start a friendly conversation,and u can tell him how you fell about him

ask him online to talk to you tomm in school somewhere not too private
if he comes then ask him whats up with him ignoring you etc
and see what he says
but honestly if he doesnt talk to you
and you dont talk to him
then maybe he is as someone put
just keeping his options open

maybe hes flirting with her but talking to you ...

I think he likes you but not in the manner that you might think or want.On line, people can be anonymous, and be anything they want to be and he might have initially wanted to date you.For some reason, after meeting you in person(he does not like how you look, he has a girlfriend in school,etc), he changed his mind.Remain his friend and retain the friendship you guys currently enjoy.Until and unless something significant occurs, look for a romantic interest elsewhere.

Based on personal experience, I would say that he likes you. I do that to girls I like too. I can talk comfortably w/ everyone except her because I can't afford to make myself look bad in front of her. The more comfortable talking w/ ppl means the less I like them.

maybe he is shy to talk to you to your face, some guys arelike that they will talk to everyone else but not to the perso tehy really like but be careful some guys are just doing that to get a piece. so be on the look out becasue he might be on the prowl.

When i like someone its hard to talk to them i get to nerves to talk.
also hes trying to hide it that you like him and he likes you so hes friends wont tease him thats why he talks to u online.
Whoa that guy you like is so much like me!!
I think you should ask him out when hes with you!!
also i talk to everyone and say random stuff and be hyper.lol
but then if in a situation like that ill be too nerves to talk!!

My best guess is that he likes you and doesn't know how to express it...is he quiet/shy?...chances are greater that he does if he either/or the both qualaties that i mentioned....i think he hasn't asked you is because again...he probably doesn't know how to....talk to him if you are interested and you'll see....good luck...
