You did better than most.
Add veggies and chicken to the pasta. Nix the snack bars and replace them with yogurt and fresh fruit.
Get rid of the diet coke.
Add another piece of fruit at dinner.

OK, first I will assume you are a guy. Second I will assume you are reasonably intelligent, by your spelling and typing.
You should be eating at least 3 proteins a day, I see 1 [ peanut butter ].
Should eat at least three servings of whole grain bread/cereal/rice/pasta, I see 8! [ bagel = 2servings each, Kashi bars, and at least two servings of pasta
Should eat at least 3 servings of low fat dairy, I see NONE.
Should have at least 3 servings of veg, including at least one leafy or criciferous veg - you had 3, if you count the Ragu [ tomato sauce? ]
Should have 2 servings fruit = you had one.
So I have to say no, not so well.
1] Add some quality protein - lean meats, poultry, fish, eggs, beans/cheese.
2] cut back on the carbs - just because it's whole wheat doesn't mean it isn't fattening
3] add some dairy - milk, cheese, yogurt are all good sources of lean dairy
4] use fruit for one snack, and raw veggies for another - include a fruit or veg at all meals/snacks.
5] drink about 1/2 gallon of water a day

You're off to a great start, but you might want to add some lean meat to the mix. A serving or two per day provides extra protein and iron. Some lean ground beef with your pasta and sauce would make a heartier meal, and cut-up chicken thrown into the salad is another easy possibility. Some extra fruit would do you good as well. I see the banana at breafast, but there's really none after that. Add a piece of fruit with one or two meals after that, or just drink some (pure) fruit juice with your meal. I'm not seeing much dairy in here (none, really). Some milk or yogurt with your meals would be a smart addition, or add cheese to some dishes. Good luck!~

better than average but not really healthy and not very good for reducing body fat and preserving muscle mass.

Meal #1 - where is the protein? 86 the whole wheat bagel and consume whole oatmeal (less calories and more fiber).

Meal #2 - ok but less processed food items would be better. like an apple with peanut butter.

Meal #3- same problem as Meal #1, no protein and 86 the processed carbohydrates and consume whole grain rice, beans, lentils, etc.

Meal #4 - where is the protein?

Meal #5 - processed carbohydrates at night? that's a big No..No...where is the protein?

* that diet is mainly processed carbohydrates. there is almost no quality protein and too low in high fiber carbs, fruits, vegetables and health fats.

yup...thats not bad! I would be careful with a whole lot of wheat...maybe mix it up a little with other choices...but its a good mix of food and nothing to heavy and oily..
