Forget about it. I don't think there's such a book. Kali is basically a blade fighting art, that's it. No fancy philosophy except "kill or be killed". If there are any, it's probably just the author's personal and religious view and not an intrinsic part of the art. You'll probably have a better chance of finding a biography on Guro Gaje.
