Hello:

Yes,I am a cook and I have been cooking ever since I was six years old. I grew up with my mom and grandmother teaching me how to cook when I was so little,I was standing on my tippy toes as a little girl in the kitchen trying to see over the kitchen counter or the kitchen sink!

I LOVE to make comfort foods such as:

Fried Chicken

Pot Roast

Mashed potatoes and gravy

Turkey dinner with all the trimmings

Steaks

Lasagna

Spaghetti

Yes, I cook professionally--and bake. I'm well over 21......
I really enjoy making seafood dishes and am lucky to have so much fresh seafood to choose from in my area. Lobster Savannah and Blue Crab Imperial are two favs.

Veal Oscar and Rack of Lamb are two others as well as Roasted Greek Style Rosemary and Lemon Chicken.

My husband is Russian and really loves for me to make him pirogi and stuffed cabbage leaves.

I love to cook so it's hard to choose just a few favorites.

I leave out the mushrooms because I don't like them, but I am sure if you are a mushroom lover it would make it even better.

This is Paula Deen's recipe. I sometimes substitute the tomatoes and use ketchup and it is just as good.

As you may can tell, recipezaar.com is one of my favorite sites. I also like allrecipes.com, foodnetwork.com, and kraftfoods.com.
Also, any ingredient you might like, such as Velveeta, almost always has a site using their product. Their are always some great recipes on their sites.

Have a great weekend! :)
