Yes you can it will take loads of money and a lot of now how , However I would not try it, hope this helps.

You don't want anti - lock on your car. Even if you could do it. They are a constant repair problem. Very few people understand how they work and they are totally undependable. Stay Away. Never buy a car with ABS

The amount of money that would take would not make it cost effective, but you could.
