my bottom row of teeth is always yellow?

it doesnt matter how many times i brush or clean them, my bottom row of teeth stays the same yellowish colour. can anyone tell me the reason for this, and how i can make them white?

I had this problem when I was not going to the dentist very often. You are SUPPOSED to go every 6 months for a cleaning, but I had gone 5 years without going. Even though I was brushing I was still not getting that deep clean like you get from a dentist. Even though it has been a year I still have no yellow on my bottom teeth.
