I am not trying to lose weight right now , I am pregnant so I can not.However I gained weight with both of my pregnancies(30pounds)and after I givebirth this time a plan to diet and exercise.I did that after my first , but got little results.Now I am desperate I will not go all anorexic like I used to do when I was young I can not do that again.So what have you done out desperation to lose weight?Not that I will do it unless it is legal and safe ,I just do not know if I am the only one who has thaught and done desperate things to lose weight.

My life saver was "Curves" for women. What a great place to go and get a total body workout without all of that embarrassing "gym type crap". EVERYONE there is on the same mission as you AND nobody is wearing a thong up their perfectly sculpted butt. SERIOUSLY TRY IT!!! It will also do wonders for your mood, I promise :)

I did when I was in high school. I loved candy but needed to loose weight. So I stopped eating everything except for a small candy from the vending machine and maybe on a good day a small dinner. I lost 20lbs doing this but when I think back it was kind of a weird way to do it. I know use the willpower I used in starving myself to exercise regularly instead of being unhealthy

After more than 10 years of dieting all the wrong ways i started studying nutrition and only then realized how much damage i did before to my body - followed all kinds of fad diets and ate less than 1000cal/day for years, was getting sick all the time and my hair were falling out a lot etc.
now my health is much better and i have very healthy lifestyle.
